Cancellation Requests
Customers who wish to cancel their shared hosting services with Dorbitech must submit a cancellation request through the customer portal, email, or by contacting our customer support team.

Refund Eligibility

2.1 Money-Back Guarantee
Dorbitech offers a 10-days money-back guarantee for new customers. If you are dissatisfied with our shared hosting services within this period, you may be eligible for a full refund of the hosting fees paid. The money-back guarantee applies to the hosting plan fees only and does not include any additional services or domain registration fees.

After getting Refund application by email we will processed the refund amount to same account within 10 days. payment shall be paid through RTGS/NEFT/IMPS/UPI.

2.2 Beyond Money-Back Guarantee Period
After the money-back guarantee period has elapsed, customers will not be eligible for a refund of any hosting fees paid. This includes monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, or annual hosting fees. Dorbitech will continue to provide hosting services until the end of the current billing cycle.

Termination of Services
Upon cancellation, all hosting services and associated benefits will be terminated at the end of the current billing cycle. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure they have a backup of their website data, databases, emails, and any other content hosted on Dorbitech’s servers. Dorbitech will not be liable for any data loss that may occur after the cancellation of services.

Domain Registration and Transfer
Domain registration and transfer fees are non-refundable. If you have registered or transferred a domain through Dorbitech, you will retain ownership of the domain after cancellation, provided that all domain registration fees have been paid. Customers are responsible for managing their domain settings and renewing domain registrations independently.

Outstanding Balances and Collections
Any outstanding balances or unpaid invoices must be settled in full before the cancellation of services can be processed. Failure to settle outstanding balances may result in the suspension or termination of services.

Amendments to the Cancellation Policy
Dorbitech reserves the right to modify or update this cancellation policy at any time without prior notice. The most recent version of the cancellation policy will be posted on our website. Customers are encouraged to review the cancellation policy periodically for any changes.
